great spot for exploring port de alcudia and beyond

I had a lovely visit, as the hotel is in a great location-just a few steps from the beautiful beach and close enough to Alcudia old town for a good stroll to explore shops and charming architecture.

The drinks service by the pool was superb.

The hotel doesn't resemble a 4-star accommodation. The noise from the hallway was unbearable at night. I struggled with the weak Wi-Fi connection in the room, and the lack of privacy on the balcony was frustrating.

Bed was very comfortable. Very clean. Everything super

The WLAN was the catastrophe - it doesn't work and who only works for a short time and then you always have to log in again. In the evening down in the restaurant you have to wait too long to order something to drink. Then one is ignored and nothing is served anymore. Find it a pity

Our room was good sized, functional. Plus it had a great view of the mountains and canal. This accommodation had a beachfront setting to the centre of Port Alcudia. Stayed here before and would return there.

The pools are fantastic, especially the kids' area with slides. We loved the variety of daily activities and the evening mini-disco for kids was a hit!

The hotel is absolutely recommendable. The breakfast was great, the service staff mega and the dinner the hammer. Again and again with pleasure!

The hotel is clean and fabulous, offers great and quiet location handy to the beach. Nice property staff with great service, everything was good: D

great space but noisy at times

We had a spacious studio with a well-equipped kitchenette that really enhanced our stay. The room and bathroom offered ample space to move around comfortably. The pools were fantastic, especially the kids' area with slides.

The area was a bit noisy at times, which disrupted the tranquility we were hoping for.

This hotel woudl ve been superb if I hadn't been kept awake by hallway noise and the kitchen's terrible breakfast at 18 euros pp! Clearly, I expected a dash of luxury but instead received shabbiness. It's scandalous there was no complimentary gesture for my stay, honestly. Almost gave it a good review, but just couldn't.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with all the questions we had. For example, our plain tickets were printed out for us free of charge. This bed was just great! No problem for my back.

Unfortunately, our room was located close to the children's pool and therefore the noise level was very high at certain times. It was difficult to stay on the balcony, as it was almost impossible to talk.

I liked the rather spacious apartment very much. Ideal if you stay longer (3 weeks) in the hotel.

Great location near the beach, but disappointing food variety and slow service.

Although the hotel opened shortly before (there were relatively few guests) the breakfast buffet was absolutely sufficient.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The staff was friendly and the food nice. We appreciated the beach was close to the hotel.

The large bathroom was a highlight. Plus, the kids enjoyed the splash park and various daily activities, especially the mini-disco. It was great to see them engaging with other children in such a fun environment.

Occasionally, noise from the surrounding area disrupted our relaxation.
